countdown keto people don't want to talk about that and I definitely you know I'm not saying that I have like so many issues or anything like with that then you know that's also physically draining and I can honestly say that I had to make some hard decisions this year and I have never been happier like 2019 was such a great planner and just like write your goals and stuff in here like I definitely did that here I have so many things filled out already like I'm scared a few goals that I set for myself this year was again to continue my weight loss journey like I'm very happy right now but I think that I could be a healthier I think that could be happier in that way I just wanted to continue to get it 10,000 steps at least six times a week you know I'm gonna start out really really strong like I did if I feel like you know I'm getting to a point where it's not fun for me anymore then you know we'll reevaluate 

countdown keto reviews but at first you know I know that it really worked I'm gonna get back on logging every single thing that I eat also plan on posting every single Sunday 4 videos a month 4 to 5 videos a month don't know if I'll do any bonus videos in between I plan on taking you with me on all the vacations that I go on cuz I do go on several and they're super super fun I want to take you with me when we go to Panama City it's my favorite place in the world so stay tuned for that always leave me suggestions on videos and stuff that you would like to see until then I'm just gonna keep producing content that I love things that bring me joy also I want to set a goal to read at least one book a month I'm hoping that I can do more than that but I've bought so many books in the last year because I love like reading old books I love the classics I love collecting those type books and I want to actually read one book every single month so maybe
